Wouldn't it be great to work with people who followed workplace etiquette standards, like when it's appropriate to hit "reply all" to an email and when a person should just "reply" to the sender? Well, College of Hope is ready to help you and your colleagues learn these essential workplace skills and so much more!

Our Corporate Training Program will be fully customizable, and available to any group or organization that is interested. Optional training topics include; time management, stress management, self-efficacy, working with difficult people, SMART goals, motivational interviewing, practicing good self-care, workplace strategies, emotional intelligence, workplace professionalism, team building, cultural competency, building better professional relationships, trauma informed care, and many more. We'll take the time to get to know you and your organization's specific needs, in order to develop and deliver the perfect staff training that aligns with your company's culture. College of Hope's Corporate Training Program is a tool that organizations and groups can take advantage of in order to continue to grow their business through the act of growing their people. Because the success of an organization is completely dependent on the success of its employees.

College of Hope was originally formed as an extension of Housing Hope back in 1999, with the goal to help reduce the education gap facing individuals and families living in poverty. Our first year in operation we served less than 50 clients. Since then we have expanded drastically, serving 850+ clients this last fiscal year. With over 20 years of experience under our belt, we feel confident in knowing that our program has helped enact real change in our community, and we're ready to share our expertise with your organization!
